Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, the right-wing leader of Hungary, will travel to Ankara on Monday, where he attends Recep Tayyip Erdogan's inauguration ceremony.
According to the announcements made so far, Russia and Serbia are expected in the ceremony.
Viktor Orbán congratulated Erdogan first among the leaders of the EU countries. After the election, a presidential executive system, which was decided by a referendum last year, will be introduced instead of the previous parliamentary system.
Orban campaigned on a nationalist, anti-immigrant platform, led his far-right party, Fidesz. Thus, his support for Erdogan who uses the Syrian refugees in Turkey as a political leverage is no surprise.
